To make a warranty claim, please contact hello@biomode.store with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request photographs, troubleshooting steps, or return of the product for inspection.

Where a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, we may repair the product, provide replacement parts, replace the product, or offer an appropriate solution.

This warranty does not affect your legal rights.

4. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

An order is only accepted once we confirm dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where fraud, unauthorised payment, or suspicious activity is suspected.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Products are sold for personal use and not for resale unless agreed in writing.
