Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all packaging, components, and accessories. Any protective or hygiene seals must remain intact.

To start a return, please email hello@biomode.co.uk with your order number. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing parts. Reporting promptly helps us resolve the issue with the courier.

Faulty Products

If your item develops a fault or is not as described, please contact us. We may provide troubleshooting guidance or replacement parts where appropriate, or request the item be returned for inspection before offering a repair, replacement, or refund.

If a fault is confirmed, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

14-Day Cancellation (UK & EU Orders)

If you are located in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To cancel, notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days of cancellation.

Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and components. Protective or hygiene seals must remain intact. We may make a deduction if the item has been used beyond reasonable inspection.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If cancelled within this period, we will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery cost to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm approval and process your refund within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
